Applying for new ration card for inclusion under National Food Security Act 2013

The Step-by-Step process for applying a new Ration Card is as below:

Step 1: Get the Claims and Objections Form from District Supply Office or download from here

• Form for Rural (286 kb)
• Form for Utrban (277 kb)

Step 2: Produce the filled up form to the local Supply Office.

Step 3: Based on the National Food Security Act 2013 Exclusion parameters and physical inspection of the Supply Officer, the applicant will be informed if he/she falls under National Food Security Act 2013 or not.
