How to Lodge a complaint on megpgram.gov.in (citizens)

  1. On your phone/computer browser go to www.megpgrams.gov.in
  2. Click on Lodge Grievance
  3. Select Department to which the grievance pertains (on the drop down box)
  4. Click on State Government Department
  5. Select Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department
  6. Under Complainant Category select General
  7. Fill in all the necessary information and the Grievance
  8. Under NFSA Related select Yes and fill up all the mandatory fields
  9. Upload (Relevant Document) if needed
  10. Click on Validate.
  11. Enter the OTP received on your phone and click on submit.
  12. Once you submit note down the registration number for future reference.

  2. Password (if any)
  3. Reminder Description to be filled
  4. Enter Security Code as Shown
  5. Submit
