1. How to get a new Ration Card?

A. Get an application form from District Supply Office.

B. Apply to your District Supply Office with the filled up form and your old Ration Card.

C. You have to produce the following documents also.

 i. Residential Certificate

 ii. Reduction/ Surrender Certificate/ Non Renewal Certificate from the District Supply Office where you belong previously

 iii. Income Certificate

 iv. Declaration

 D. New Ration Cards will be issued within 15 days.

 

2. How to get a temporary Ration Card?

Apply with the filled application along with the following certificate to District Supply Office.

 i. Residential Certificate

 ii. Income Certificate

 New temporary Ration Card will be issued within 7 days.

 

3. How to change your Ration Card?

To change a Ration Card from one Authorized F.P.Shop Dealer to another apply to District Supply Office [same as item no.I]

 

4. How to get a Non-inclusion Certificate?

Apply to the concerned District Supply Office.

 

5. Do you have any complaints regarding Consumer Affairs?

You can file your complaints to State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) or District Forum. Please contact the respective Fora in your district.

i. You can file your complaints within two years of the incident

ii. If the cost of the articles / service and the compensation required are within -
